Text Msg Is Optional
You can use Vexly without text messaging. Text msg notifications are an optional convenience feature that lets you text your AI agent.
You can access all Vexly features through the web app at vexly.io or through connected channels like Slack, Discord, and Text Msg without providing a phone number.
How to Opt-In (Optional)
Note: Text Msg is optional. You can skip this and continue using Vexly through the web app or connected channels.
If you choose to enable Text Msg:
- Create an account at vexly.io (no phone number required).
- Open Dashboard → Communication Channels.
- Click Add Channel.
- Select Text Msg.
- Enter your phone number and verify it with the 6-digit code.
- Review the consent checkbox and confirm to enable Text Msg.
Message Types
If you opt in, you will receive:
- User-initiated questions/requests you send by text.
- AI agent responses to your inquiries.
- Verification codes during opt-in.
Why Use Text Msg? (Optional Benefits)
- On-the-go access to your AI agent from any phone.
- Quick responses without opening the app.
- Text-based interface for simple commands.
You can still access all features through:
- Web application at vexly.io.
- Connected channels like Slack, Discord, and Text Msg.
Opt-Out
Text STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to unsubscribe at any time.
You can also remove your phone number in account settings or contact support at support@vexly.io.
Opting out does not affect your access to Vexly.
